There is an outage on V1 APIs (rest.gohighlevel.com) since 21st May 2026, 11am IST. All the requests coming to v1 are failing. We are looking into the issue actively. Facebook Lead Ads API traffic is looking stable for now. We keep monitoring the situation and awaiting confirmation from Meta about situation being fully resolved
There is a slowness in syncing the active and finished workflows for contacts. The advanced filters & smart lists that filter contacts by either active or finished workflows won't show accurate real-time results.
Due to an ongoing AWS infrastructure issue, email and messaging reporting & analytics may be missing, delayed, or inaccurate until the issue is resolved upstream. We are actively monitoring the situation and will share another update once reporting services are fully restored and operating normally again.
